Dear Lazyweb...

Hello Lazyweb. Long time, no speak. I need your advice, if you're willing to impart it upon me. It would seem that I overpaid my taxes a little excessively in 2008. Between the money I expect to receive in tax refunds and the money I've been managing to save, I have a significant amount of money stashed away that I would like to spend on a really nice television. Hypothetically speaking, if I had $2000-$2500 to spend on a fantastic teevee, what would you suggest? Brands I should avoid? Plasma versus LCD? Heck, if you've got a link to a great site that'll walk me through the basic considerations I need to keep in mind while making my purchasing decisions, that'd be great as well.

Thanks,
This Dude.
