There's a part of me that feels obligated to go see Bob Dylan when he plays the Midland Theater next month. It isn't so much that I JUST HAVE TO SEE DYLAN OMGOMGOMGOMG!!!!! It's more the fact that he's a music legend and the opportunity to see him perform is rare in this part of the country. The cheap seats are $47 plus Ticketmaster rapage charges, which makes the decision harder for me because I don't know that I want to spend that kind of money for crappy seats for a concert that I'm not OMGOMGOMGOMG about. The music nerd in me says that I must go or I will never have another opportunity because he'll die before I do. The practical cheapskate says no because I could find better things to do with my money.
edit: Apparently Merle Haggard is opening for him as well. That makes it an even more difficult choice. Blah.
