Oh no, I've said too much...

I'm ready to get out of town for a few days. The trip to Cincy is still another month and a half away. Hopefully I'll be able to survive until then. Taking a day trip somewhere is out of the question since my car has no air conditioning. For those of you who don't live in this region, the humidity level in Kansas City and the surrounding region is insane. Between the river and the fact that most of the region sits atop an aquifer, it's nigh on unbearable outdoors any time other than the middle of the night. A change of scene, even for a few days, would do me some good. C'est la vie. Since that's not a viable option (unless someone with some a/c wants a passenger/navigator/DJ), I'm going to devote my weekend to killing off the stack of reading material that Bob's been giving me over the last year. I'm sure he'll appreciate getting back some of his comic book collection. Part of me wants to hang out with people, while another part feels like enjoying the quiet. I'm fickle today. Maybe tomorrow I'll have more definitive ideas of what to do with myself.

Speaking of tomorrow, the 512mb card for my new camera should arrive tomorrow. I need to start putting that baby to good use. Any suggestions?
