Last night I went and saw Lost In Translation with Chrissy and Dave. Excellent film, though if your movies have to have a real point to them, then you won't enjoy it. If I could tell you what it was about, I would, but you'll just have to see it. There were these people, they did things, they had emotions, the movie ended. As a side note, it turns out that the song I was mocking at the end with Dave wasn't J-Rock at all, but Jesus & The Mary Chain. That still doesn't excuse the fact that it started off as a love song, turned into a song about being used as a marital aid, then they just started singing the same line about honey over and over again.
I've got some letters inside of my drawer
That should've been stamped and delivered
One is addressed to my ex
It says I'm the type of man who can't be lived with
One is addressed to my friends
It says I'm a mess so ya'll can't visit
One is addressed to myself
But I don't know which personality or hand to give it
Dear President Bush: Would you like some cheese with your whine? There are reasons such rules are in place for Congress. Complain all you want. God forbid the Democrats use a tactic out of the Republican playbook. :P
I guess I'll wander out into the world for food. I don't know what I'm hungry for, but my options are pretty limited since I'm lacking transportation today. Oh yes, that's right, I didn't mention. The alternator on the car went out yesterday. Yeah. It's been that kind of week.
