I talked to Susan (my boss) and she was behind me 100% on my email to the receptionist's supervisor. I was rather relieved. I just got done writing and editting it so as to make sure it doesn't sound rude or obnoxious. want things to be as professional as possible, and yet to express my disdain for the situation. i'll post it as a comment to this post so it doesn't clutter up anyone's friends pages, as i'm sure 1 or 2 people would like to see me stop complaining in my journal and start complaining more to those who can fix things. so for those who care, it'll be in my comments, and if not, well then that's ok too.
