What, a news post? Those are so 2002...

"Don't you think Bush is taking this whole wanting-to-be-Reagan thing a little far?"

Though I don't often like posting two links to the Onion in the same news post, this one rings so true that I had to share it. It barely qualifies as satire.

In case you live under a rock, The Doors are touring again with the singer from The Cult. Part of me wants to see them just to say I've seen The Doors. Part of me wants to punch that other part of me in the head for being a poser.

Speaking of being a poser, my first thought after reading this article about The Simpsons hitting their 300th episode was that I remembered watching them on The Tracy Ullman Show. That was the only reason why our house ever allowed Tracy Ullman's voice to invade it's presence (I don't remember her show well enough to judge if it was quality or not, and since I was only 9 at the time, I didn't get a lot of the humor). You've got to wonder what Groening thinks about going from writing comics that no one read to producing a show that'll surpass Ozzie & Harriet as the longest running sitcom ever.

Take that you stupid stinky french bastards!

That'll teach you punk kids to do your homework properly!
