A shift so small but remembered after all... [Dec. 12th, 2006|05:44 pm]
[Your mom ain't listening to |Toad The Wet Sprocket - One Little Girl (Live)]

Apparently I missed my six year LJ anniversary on the 5th. It only occured to me because I saw someone's userinfo noted that they were in the 9 million user range. There was a time that I thought it was lame to brag that one had a 4 or 5 digit userid. New accounts are in the 8 digit range now. Seriously? Add that to the list of things that make me feel old. Nowhere near the top, mind you, simply on the list.

Work is work. I'm ready for the week off for the holiday. I need more than a few days away from here. The boss and I are plotting a roadtrip to somewhere in Texas for a conference in February. The idea of being trapped in a car together for 10 to 12 hours is mildly frightening. Not that I haven't had to put up with her for longer spans of time and not that I don't think it'll be entertaining. I'm sure it'll be a good time.

I owe time to some people, some a long overdue amount of my time. My apologies if you are on that list. The coming weeks are looking a little hectic as it is, so I'm not sure when/if I'll be able to squeeze people in unless you'd like to abuse some of my daylight hours between Christmas and New Year's Day.

Still shuffling the headspace about, trying to find the picture for the puzzle so I can assemble the pieces. This is a neverending project.
