another game of putting things aside as if we'll come back to them sometime...

Finally got around to re-ripping my Toad The Wet Sprocket cds today. The vbr mp3s I had from when I ripped them with Musicmatch showed the length of each track as being 30 minutes or so and there were all sorts of skips and scritches during the tracks. So far I haven't heard a single bit of static on any of the iTunes ripped tracks. One more reason I praise iTunes.

Last night I picked up Cracker's greatest hits album (Borders didn't have anything else from them). I can't believe that I've gone so long without picking up anything from Cracker. The next object on my quest to pick up old favorites and must-have classics is Spacehog's Resident Alien album. The library nearly had to ban me from checking it out in my younger years because I probably checked it out a dozen or so times before finally copying it to tape. There are some sellers on Amazon that have it for under $2, but i'm paranoid to buy from anyone who has had even one complaint of not fulfilling their order, even if there is a system to exact revenge upon them built into Amazon's program.

No plans for this evening. I'm going to try to turn in early. I doubt it'll happen.
