|how's this for 800?

so i'm looking at CNN's front page this morning. i see a link to an article about there's a new Bin Ladin tape, that we might be lightening up on Cuba, and that Attack of the Cheese beat out Spiderman this weekend, but didn't beat it's totals. but did i click on those first? no. i wanted to read the article about Nintendo's price drop to keep tabs on the whole affair. Gamecube is down to $150 for those who don't want to read the article. it's almost within a reasonable price range for me to consider getting one. it'll still be a few months until that happens, but my reasoning for not getting one is growing thin. sadly, it'll be the first nintendo product i've ever owned. |
that's right, i'll admit it, i've never owned a nintendo of any sort. no original nintendo, no game boy, no super nintendo. i've played them thoroughly via friends and family. but i've never owned any of them. in my defense, i did own the Sega Master System as a kid and we even owned the only true 3D glasses to come out for a console machine. i even remember playing games on cards the size of your driver's license. yet no nintendo...
