...and next to him was the holy placenta, which was eaten by some goats, who descended unto heaven and are now called the holy goats...

I just got my new Christmas album that I ordered yesterday (Next Day air is the most amazing thing ever). This has got to be the best satire album I've heard in a long time. If you've got the bandwidth to spare, listen to all of the Lost Scrolls of Frosty. They are far more brilliant and amusing then I could ever describe myself. I imagine it is what the story of Christmas will become in about 75 years.

Brandon pointed out this brilliant piece from Vonnegut called "Harrison Bergeron" that everyone should read. I remember reading it a very long time ago, in some far off place in time that I can't exactly place. It's short and to the point, and absolutely beautiful.
