Boredom Between Classes Attacks Again...

::sighs:: So I had a really big post I was working on yesterday afternoon. Was going to post it in my journal, in Jebus, it was going to be pretty pithy and prophetic. Unfortunately, it was interupted with the idiocy of one of the girls in my office. Rather than paying attention to the fact that we'd sent a message around to everyone a week ago about a virus that was running rampant, she decided to dowload the stupid thing. And so, rather than spending my afternoon trying to finish my rant (and not really earning my keep, but hey, that's what they pay me to do, just sit and wait for problems...) I had to spend it working on getting a virus out of her computer and make sure it wasn't in the system. ::waves his fist at the stupidity of computer illiterate people::

Very odd...I dropped my car off at the garage to have it fixed (my motor for my electric window broke and has to be replaced...), and so I had to drive Aria's dad's pick-up to work. As I drove on to work, I turned the radio on to the very beginning of Lightning Crashes from Live. I haven't heard the song in months. The last time something like this happened, I ended up finally getting to talk to Bobbi again, a very good, very distant friend of mine who I have lost track of. Her and I were best of friends until she moved off to Podunk-Nowheresville, Kansas. We slowly lost track of each other until finally, I hadn't heard from her in almost a year. About 6 months ago, something similar happened as to what happened to me today. Later that day, Bobbi called me up and we talked for a bit. How bizarre...I hope it happens again though. It's nice knowing that your one-time best friend is still alive and such. :)

So I took this psychological personality profile yesterday in my psych class. According to it, based on my personality, I would be best suited for a life in politics. How very frightening... I can see it now, me standing up on the stage debating a still bitter Ralph Nader in 30 years. Of course, he'll be older than Strom Thurman (how does that old geezer manage to still walk, much less run for office; he's in his 90's, why would anyone want to keep him in office?!) But still...T'would explain my current wish to debate so much with someone about something...I'd like to sit down with George Bush and have a legitimate debate with him about his life, his choices, his beliefs, and the idiocy of it all; I'd prolly have too much fun crushing his little brain. Stupid republican president monkey looking bastard... =)
