you know, i've got to wonder why people get pissed off at you if you don't add them back as a friend. i have a number of people who have me marked as a friend who i haven't marked as a friend. it's not that i don't read their journals or that i don't like them. it's just that i find it easier to go back and read all of their entries at some point when i have time to. i've had a few people now and then add me whose journals i just didn't have time to keep up with regularly, either because they posted a large number of posts a day or because they posted in-depth posts that demanded more than just a little spare attention. i've found that some of them remain, continuing to read even though i haven't added them. others have disappeared after awhile, either having lost interest in me (i'm surprised most of you still read, i'm a boring little bastard), or because i didn't add them back.. i think it's kind of sad that people would take such offense as to stop reading an interesting journal merely because they weren't given that reciprocal friends-list add. *shrugs* c'est la vie...
